OK....I know what you're going to say...... This song was recorded and released by the Urban Dogs. Yes, correct! But it was written by Harper/Garratt and recorded by the Subs before the Urban Dogs. I think this is a great track, and a change in direction for the Subs. Garratt/Harper/Gibbs split not long after this was written. These lyrics are from the demo version of the track. There's one line of this that I haven't got a clue what Chas is singing...So let me know if you know. Oh yes, this version of the song can be found on Captain Oi release of Endangered Species AHOY CD 97. Track 16.
